Search scope for the findings below (2026-10-11): booost.inc (sitemap, company, team, news, recruit pages), booost-ai.com (sitemap, product, legal, IP and security pages), the PR TIMES company page and RSS (200 most recent releases, plus older releases opened individually), note, the Zenn publication, Speaker Deck, HRMOS postings, the product-development Notion page, Green, Japan Dev and TokyoDev (TokyoDev returned a bot challenge); the NTA register, ISMS-AC and JIPDEC registries, the JPX new-listing page and the J-Startup list; GitHub organization lookups for booost, booost-tech, booost-technologies, booostinc, booost-inc, booost-ai, booosttech and booost-sustainability, plus user/organization search; INITIAL as a lead only. Searches used Booost, booost technologies, 日本新電力総合研究所 and product names in Japanese and English.

  • Revenue, ARR and profitability. Not disclosed. One Capital's comment in the Series C release mentions ARR growth without a figure. No published financial-statement notice (決算公告) was found by web search; the 官報 itself was not searched.
  • Series B amount and valuation. The Series B is disclosed only through cumulative totals, which do not reconcile (see below). No valuation is published by the company.
  • Financing before the Series A. Not found.
  • Current engineering headcount. Not published. The deck gives product roles as 47% of non-officer employees (2025-11), and the team page shows 24 member entries labelled プロダクト開発 or プロダクトサイト開発, some by initials only and four without names (accessed 2026-10-11); neither is an engineering count.
  • Public price list and public API reference. Neither was found. The CBAM page mentions a "PACT技術仕様に準拠したAPI" without public documentation.
  • Cloud region, hosting topology, status page or SLA. Not found.
  • Open source. The GitHub organization jepco-system is named "Booost" and links to booost.inc; it has one public repository, pact-catalog, a TypeScript fork of wbcsd/pact-catalog described as "booostGX for pact-catalog", last pushed 2023-07-13. An organization named Booost-ai exists with no public repositories and no profile metadata; it could not be tied to the company. The org metadata lists no X account or email.
  • Visa sponsorship, English-language engineering roles and new-graduate engineering hiring. None found in the postings reviewed.
  • Turnover. Not published.

Inconsistencies across sources

  • Cumulative funding since the Series A: 33.5億円 after the Series B (2024-11-28 release; deck, slide 8); 36.5億円 after the Series B (note, 2025-02-18); 41.5億円 after adding the 7億円 Series C 1st close (2026-03-26). 33.5 + 7 = 40.5 and 36.5 + 7 = 43.5; the company does not explain the differences.
  • Series C timing: the deck's history slide says "2024年シリーズCで総額41.5億円の資金調達を実施" (slide 7), while its next slide and the release date the Series C to March 2026.
  • Series A timing: announced 2022-02-02 (release); the extension release says the Series A was raised "2022年1月" (2022-04-07); the Series B release says the Series A round was completed in April 2022 (2024-11-28).
  • Rename date: the register records the change to Booost株式会社 on 2025-04-02 (NTA); the company announced it as taking effect on 2025-04-15 (release).
  • Name at founding: company materials say booost technologies was founded or established in April 2015 (deck, slide 7; PR TIMES STORY); the register shows the entity as 株式会社日本新電力総合研究所 until 2020-04-01.
  • Customer count: about 2,000 companies in September 2025 (2025-09-29, SOC 2 Type 1 release) versus about 6,500 cumulative in December 2025 (2026-01-14); only the later figure is labelled cumulative, and neither release defines what counts as a company. Sites for end of October 2024 are given as 180,000+ in the Itochu release and 186,000+ in the Series B release a day later.
  • ITR share for FY2024: 22.4% (forecast, ITR 2025 edition; 2025-07-01) versus 22.0% (ITR 2026 edition; 2026-04-15).
  • Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK with Terraform migration under consideration (Zenn, 2024-12-25); "AWS cdk" in the EM posting; "OpenTofu(terraform)" and Ansible in the SRE postings.
  • Reduced hours for childcare: "小学4年生まで" on the recruiting page and deck, slide 62 versus "3歳に満たない子を養育する従業員" in the HRMOS posting.
  • Hiring process: about three interviews and 2–4 weeks (recruiting page) versus 2–4 interviews and about a month (deck, slide 67).
